Kelly M. Arft, CPM, joined The Renken Company in 1997, to lead the Property Management division. After his graduation from Central Michigan University in 1988, Mr. Arft  was a proprietor of a family owned retail business in Birmingham, Michigan. Upon  moving to California in 1997, Mr. Arft  held the Senior Property Manager position and in 2005 became a Principal and Vice President of The Renken Company. Mr. Arft specializes in Property Management and Brokerage with much of his expertise in the due diligence, acquisition, accounting, repositioning, contracting, budgeting, and administration of real estate. Mr. Arft holds  the Certified Property Manager designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.
