Bobby Del Real

Bobby began his career in the commercial real estate industry with The Renken Company in 2007 after holding key positions in the retail banking industry for several years. Initially joining to assist with the company’s Property Management division, Bobby quickly inserted himself into direct involvement in all aspects of company operations, including brokerage (sales and leasing), extensive property renovations, due diligence, repositioning assets, and contributing to overall business strategies. Bobby’s diligent contributions to The Renken Company have been an integral part of the company’s steady growth, as he has initiated and led the implementation of many key initiatives that have maximized efficiencies and vastly improved its services to clients, including efforts that have led to significant improvements in long-term financial performance for properties across the portfolio.

To date, Bobby has been involved in brokerage transactions valued in excess of $100,000,000 and continues to be an integral part of leading property operations, assists in overseeing day-to-day property management activities, and particularly enjoys the due diligence, lease-up, and repositioning of new acquisitions.

Bobby’s experience in the industry, which includes time in both recessionary and thriving markets, have given him a diverse and strong background that allows him to have a unique perspective when navigating through the ever-evolving brokerage and property management landscape. Bobby strives to use this experience and expertise to deliver highly dependable service to landlords, tenants, and brokerage clients in the on-going activities of their unique endeavors. Bobby earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Bobby has a passion for helping people and as such, he faithfully serves in various church positions, coaches youth sports, and is a Board Member with Hillside Community Church, Vineyard Little League, and Steven’s Hope for Children (past).

In addition to serving his community, Bobby devotes his free time to his wife, Jenni, and their two energetic sons. You can usually find them on a baseball diamond, golf course, soccer field, on a beach, or at their favorite travel destinations.
