Nancy L. Arespacochaga
Nancy joined The Renken Company in May 2006, where she adeptly worked her way up through a number of positions, including Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, Appraisal Coordinator, Property Administrator, and Human Resources Manager. Nancy’s vast experience and determination ultimately helped her achieve the position she holds now as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. Nancy has served in this critical role for over 10 years and is also an active member of the Executive Committee.
Nancy’s interaction and oversight of all things that matter, help insure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Company. Nancy assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures; oversees the administration of the entire staff and all HR practices; and is entrusted with maintaining the Company’s books and financial records. Last, but certainly not least, Nancy also fills the vital role of IT Manager for the Company.
In addition to the above accomplishments, Nancy is also the Executive Administrator for Renken Enterprises, a position she has also held for over 10 years. Renken Enterprises is a family legacy business that among other things, provides management consulting to real estate operators, agricultural entities, and a myriad of other business entities. In this role, Nancy is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the consulting business, including the procurement and review of all financial reports, arranging partnership meetings, preparation of quarterly reports to the partners, and facilitating any and all investor correspondence.
Looking back, Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Marketing from the University of Guam in 2004, where she was an exchange student for two (2) years from the University of Wyoming. In addition to holding a Notary License, Nancy has attended several executive seminars and professional training programs, ultimately obtaining certificates in Human Resource Law, Business Communications, Finance and Accounting and Leadership Development.
Nancy has been a resident of Upland since moving from the Philippines in 2006. In her free time, she spends time with her husband of 14 years, John, and their two young children, and can usually be found on the basketball court or outdoors spending time with their large extended family.
